"The first time I went to All Tune in 2011, I was a bit worried since it was the first time I had it in for maintenance since purchasing my 1996 Galant earlier in the year. It must have shown on my face as I looked through the window at the mechanic as he worked on my car (right in front of the window). The mechanic smiled at me then put his fingers to his mouth to draw it into a smile. At first I didn't get it so he did is again. Yep, I'm an over 50 yr. woman and it made me feel that he cared enough for me as a person to get to me smile so he was going to do he best on my car!! THAT is why I keep going back!"
